Return Policy
Shipping Damage
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please let us know as soon as possible at customerservice@dsmusicworks.com - we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Returns
A return can be requested within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Send a request to customerservice@dsmusicworks.com from the email or with the name that the order was under and we will generate a return label to use and provide instructions on which mailing service to drop the package with. Once we have received the returned item we will process a refund to the payment method that was used at time of checkout.
